As a BodyBoss You take charge of your sexual and reproductive health.
You understand your sexuality and know your rights. 
You understand that the decisions you make impact, your physical (body), sexual health, mental and emotional well being.

 

Rights are basic entitlements. Everyone is entitled to human, sexual and reproductive rights. 

As a #BodyBoss, you are free to express your sexuality, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.

Reproductive rights entitle you to decide whether you want to reproduce, when to do it and how often. This includes contraceptive use, termination of pregnancy, access to health services and sex education, free from coercion, violence or discrimination.

Sexual rights entitle us to information, education and health services surrounding sexuality and expression. You are free to make decisions on sexual partners, be sexually active or to abstain; have  a safe and satisfying sex life; and be free from discrimination.  

As a BodyBoss you freely express yourself and exercise your Rights (responsibly). 

Only You can be the Boss of Your Body.

It is your responsibility to make decisions that safeguard your sexual, reproductive and physical health. 

A sexually healthy person is able to understand and express sexuality in a safe and responsible manner.

A Body Boss is entitled to have a safe and satisfying sex life. You decide if, when, and how often to reproduce.

Before having sex, you must ensure that you are physically and mentally ready for sex and the responsibility. 

Being sexually active means you should protect yourself from HIV or other Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs)  and guard against unwanted pregnancy by using condoms and/or contraceptives.
